We are looking for Assistant Team Leader - Health & Safety to facilitate compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines and also will provide advice on measures to minimize hazards or unhealthy situations.
Job Description:
Inspects work premises and investigates accidents through enforcement of the law.
Visits various work and industrial premises to inspect processes and procedures to ensure good health and safety practices.
Investigates both accidents and complaints determining any policies breaches taking place.
Carries out examinations of machinery, working environments and structures, taking measurements of noise, heat and vibrations, and taking photographs and samples where necessary.
Takes needed precautions to prevent industrial diseases considering all environmental aspects.
Follows the latest legislation and health, safety standards and set strategies.
Reports inspections and investigations results and accomplish all needed paperwork.
Tests Emergency plan periodically.
Identifies, Monitors and measures non-conformity(ies) and characteristics with its corrective action and preventive action to be taken.
Analysis of EMS objectives, resources, and periodic measurements.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of professional experience in Manufacturing .
Bachelor of Engineering preferably Mechanical or Chemical.
Strong analytical skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
HSE Certificate is a must
