JOB PURPOSE:                              


The focal contact point with the service providers to manage tasks related to Labor Relation and Legal Administration (Social insurance, Work Permits, Labour Office, Manpower Office & investment authority… etc.)

Coordinate with the service provider to:

Register the new Hires in the Social Insurance Authority

unregister the departure employees from the Social Insurance Authority

Submit Social Insurance Form 2 on yearly basis

Follow up the employee’s legal cases with the legal consultant

Manage the Physical and digital employees’ files archive

Manage the admin work to have the service from the service provider in a proper way

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:


Social Insurance Authority:


Prepare Social Insurance Form 1 for new hires with the required related documents on timely manner.

Prepare Social Insurance Form 2 on yearly basis and ensure no gaps vs the social insurance’s records.

Prepare Social Insurance Form 6 for the departure employees with the required related documents on timely manner

Follow up with the service provider to ensure registering form 1, From 2 & Form 6 on timely manner

Ensure that Sanofi is compline with the Egyptian labor law in terms of Social Insurance related topics

Follow up our database in the Social Insurance authority by running analytical report based on a detailed social insurance print out with Sanofi Egypt active employees and recommend corrective actions if needed

follow up Social Insurance monthly subscription Payments

Manage with the service provider to support Sanofi’s Employees with social Insurance related topics (Print out, stamp National IDs forms, update Job titles, … etc.)

Report a monthly dashboard & analysis reports related to assigned activities

Work Permit & resident:


Support the service provider with the required documents to Issue the Work permit and the resident for expertise employees and their families

Follow up the renewal dates of the local governmental documents to ensure that Sanofi is in line with the Egyptian labor law and to avoid any penalties

Employees legal Issues:


Support the legal consultant with any requested documents related to employee’s legal cases

Follow up the employee’s legal cases with the legal consultant

Manage the Physical and digital employees’ files archive:


Ensure sorting and archiving all employee’s files.

Manage the employee’s files archive room.

Ensure having a digital copy of the employees hiring documents attached in the local HR system

Others:


Submit the monthly payroll Statuaries Reports to the concerned authorities. 

Support sending the registered letters with acknowledgment of receipt

Perform other duties as assigned.

Respect of company’s values, code of ethics and social charter.

Respect of personal data protection policy.

Responsible for applying the HSE related requirements for the company in all related working procedures.

JOB-HOLDER’s ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:


Education: Bachelor’s degree


Related Experience: 0- 2 years of experience in administrative job preferably in labor relation and HR service field.


Special Knowledge/Skills:


Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.

Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to HR

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Sense of confidentiality and urgency

English Language

Computer and presentation skills
