Quality Control Engineer At Elsewedy Electric

Job Purpose
Technical management of QC shop floor activities, employees, and supervisors in accordance with QMS.
Select samples for the type/specific performance tests according to relevant specifications/quality plans. Daily follow-up for PDCA.
Key Accountabilities
1- Follow up all activities for supervisor and quality control inspectors on the shop floor.
2- Prepare all needs and required documents before internal/external audits.
3- Follow and review applying customer identification requirements for foreign customers.
4- Daily follow up for running work orders sample selection and in-process testing status
5- Ensure that non-conforming products are segregated in the holding area.
6- Team member of daily NC cycle, Issue monthly PDCA for NCR.
7- Follow up the calibration/verification for online devices (spark testers, counter meter, diameter controlling, and lump detector).
Basic Qualifications
1- Bachelor’s Degree of engineering electrical power Department
2- 0-2 years of related experience
3- Knowledge of Access database, Excel, and other software's applications
4- Strong quantitative, analytical, and systems thinking skills
5- Effective communication skills in verbal, written, and presentation areas
