Quality Compliance Officer At Hikma Pharmaceuticals
Job Summary:
Responsible for performing basic tasks and some standardized routine testing and maintaining a high level of quality section services by monitoring and recommending solutions to quality-related issues under close supervision.
Job Description:
Handling of vendor complaints in terms of the vendor claim
Handling of market complaints in terms of receipt, recording, and initiation of the complaint process
Managing site changes through the change control process in terms of receipt, review, evaluation, and action plan follow up
Continuous follow-up with the team for site CAPA
Communicating on a periodic basis the latest GMP trends provided by the Corporate
Ensure the site's annual training plan adheres
Monitoring and Evaluating the annual supplier performance according to Hikma policy
Responsible for implementation of Data integrity according to ALCOA principle in all operation
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in science, Pharmacy
2-3 years of experience in Compliance of Sterile manufacturing activity
Proficient in English in both written and spoken
Excellent in Microsoft office
Preferably (Cairo, Obour, New Cairo, Nasr City, Heliopolis, Badr, Zagazig, Sharqiyah, and 10th of Ramadan) residents
