In this role, your responsibilities will be
Managing and taking full responsibility for the effectiveness of the document management systems and processes
Releasing new and modified Work Instructions, Departmental Procedures and Quality System Documents.
Ensuring all controlled documents are readily available
Obsoleting and archiving all previous revisions of controlled documentation.
Managing and take full responsibility for the effectiveness of the Non-conforming Material processes
Providing support as the Subject Matter Expert for QMS Element processes, for the tailoring, implementation and ongoing data management of our electronic QMS system
Developing processes for the effective generation of metrics for all QMS Elements, including established Key Process Indicators, for use within the Quality Department and upper management
Communicating and contribute to supplier quality improvement by providing assistance related to product quality issues, component specifications and root cause analysis.
Conducting periodic trend analysis and provides business impact analysis of product and process trends to monitor and take appropriate corrective/preventive actions to ensure product quality, patient safety and compliance with regulatory reporting requirements
Engaging in continual improvement activities by identifying opportunities and recommending improvements to product design and manufacturing processes.
Providing ongoing support throughout the product lifecycle, including risk management, design and manufacturing changes and CAPA investigations.
Providing assistance to Quality Auditors with the most up-to-date regulations, and quality tools
Participating in special projects and perform other duties as required.
Work safely, comply and enforce all company and regulatory safety/environmental policies, practices and procedures
Provide technical support with expertise in feed safety, quality and regulation to ensure regulatory requirements are met
Manage and maintain policies/procedures related to compliance and QA departments.
Maintain compliance with product specifications, labeling, and regulatory standards
Risk assess operational processes within sites and distribution channels to determine required food safety and compliance interventions, auditing mechanisms, and regulatory impacts of business models
Conduct QFS risk assessment and identify control measures
Work with regulatory agencies for site inspections
The ideal candidate will have
Relevant Bachelor’s degree
6-8+ experience in relevant roles and a solid track record
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A winning attitude
