Job Description
Implement and monitor the production plan in order to achieve production targets of the sections of his production (processing and pasteurization / Fill UHT / manufacturing plastic bottles).
Manage and monitor all production processes and factory management while maintaining the maximum production capacity at the same time maintaining the quality standards of the product.
Develop solutions to technical problems with follow-up to the final product specifications in accordance with the standard specification set for the product.
Identify means to address the defective products resulting from manufacturing operations and should be done while maintaining the standard of the product or converted into other products to reduce the company's losses to a minimum.
Follow-up to solve all the problems of waste for the packing materials and raw materials to the minimum and in partnership with the maintenance & Procurement Departments as well as the quality Department.
Development, design and change the reporting system with follow-up engineers to fill its data lines to follow the production process.
Control the production process and provide possible ways to maintain the flow of the production process.
Follow-up technical condition of production equipment with maintenance management and to ensure the conduct of all necessary maintenance work.
Contribute to the innovation and product Development and work on enhancing the production of all dairy products and juices to compete in the domestic market and export.
Skills
Education:
Engineering - Mechanical Engineering - Agriculture - Food Major.
7-9 years of professional experience in Production with Minimum 2 years of supervisory role.
