Job description
Perform all planning and scheduling related tasks in the assigned project(s),
Prepare progress reports for the assigned project(s),
Prepare and update time schedules and layouts,
Collect monthly data & prepare the overall monthly reports.
Perform earned value management & critical path method to monitor the progress of the project(s),
Participate in planning related meetings with the planning team, project team(s), and any other related parties.
Review Contractors’ baseline and update schedules against the specification
Review Construction Schedule Updates: construction status and projection.
Perform Variance Analysis and recommend Corrective actions
Follow-up handing over and livable zones status report of the project.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor Degree in Civil or Construction Management. Relevant post-graduate study is preferred.
Work Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in cost management of the construction projects.
Work Location: 6th of October
Excellent communication and analytical skills, Initiative and team spirited.
Good knowledge of planning and scheduling principals, techniques and tools
Adequate knowledge in using Autodesk Revit, NavisWorks, AutoCAD, Primavera P6 and BIM technology.
