Job description
The role of the GS – Learning & Development Associate will be responsible for implementing and coordinating onshore activities related to the delivery of Leadership Institute (LI) and Global Solutions (GS) training programmes.
Oversee pre and post-training learning delivery logistics (e.g. catering, classroom setup etc.)
Oversee pre and post-training group-wide participant management activities (e.g. participant engagement, enrolments, feedback surveys etc.)
Maintain and improve operational processes
Coordinate with vendors to deliver an optimal learning experience
Provide support for learning activities and tools to ensure programme delivery achieves the defined learning objectives and long-term business goal
Coordinate the preparation of classroom handouts & instructional materials
Coordinate the Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) process to determine development priorities
Develop an annual learning calendar aligned with the approved budget (Leadership Institute)
Work closely with the facilities management provider to ensure the campus is maintained and cleaned to the agreed standards
Ensure the facilities are fully utilised through effective planning and scheduling
Work with event organisers to ensure the facility is used in line with the agreed standards

Advanced Excel PPT Microsoft Office skills
Performs any additional ad-hoc requirements as and when required by the Line Manager and/or Head of Department.

Minimum experience

0 - 2 years’ experience in HR with a focus L&D.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relevant strategic HR methodologies, including organizational design techniques.
Extensive experience in leading Learning & Development activities across all levels of an organization, including eLearning.

Minimum Qualifications/education

Bachelor’s Degree in related area and/or equivalent experience.
Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing Learning & Development frameworks.
Demonstrated experience developing strong, effective working relationships and networks with key stakeholders and relevant external organizations.
Highly proficient use of Microsoft applications and instructional design tools.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to enable ideas and opinions to be expressed
