Key Accountabilities:

 Implement HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.  Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, assess compliance with HSE standards and recommend corrective actions.  Perform risk assessments and develop control measures to mitigate workplace hazards and ensure a safe working environment.  Provide training and awareness programs on HSE topics to employees and contractors, promoting a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.  Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare incident reports with recommended corrective actions to prevent recurrence.  Monitor and analyze HSE performance indicators, identify trends, and propose improvement initiatives to enhance overall safety performance.  Liaise with regulatory agencies, industry associations, and external stakeholders to stay updated on HSE regulations, standards, and emerging trends.  Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, training, and other HSE-related activities.  Assist in emergency preparedness activities, including the development of emergency response plans and conducting drills or simulations.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into the design and implementation of projects, processes, and initiatives.  Conduct HSE inductions for new employees and contractors to ensure understanding of HSE policies and procedures.  Stay abreast of new developments in HSE practices and technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation when appropriate.

What you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field
2021, 2022, 2023 Graduates only are welcomed to apply
0-2 years of relevant experience
Excellent command of Microsoft Office Programs
English Fluency is a must
