Responsibilities:
Implement recruitment policies, practices, and programs to meet organizational and line management needs
Assist in analyzing organizational resources needs and plans for hiring
Assist in analyzing the performance of recruitment process and recruitment metrics
Work with recruitment agencies for supply of resources
Participate in employer branding initiatives
Use social media marketing strategies to attract and hire talents
Attend job fairs and recruitment events
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
0-2 years of experience in HR
Excellent English
HR Diploma/ HR major is a Plus
