MARAKEZ "Mall of Arabia" is looking for a

"Food Safety & Hygiene Specialist"

Job Summary:
The Food Safety & Hygiene Specialist prepares and performs audits at Mall restaurants to ensure that food products are safe for consumers and that foods are processed, packaged, and prepared in accordance with food safety standards. He plans to revise client-specific food safety manuals. He gives client presentations and explains the food safety documents.

Job Requirments:
-A bachelor's degree in food technology or biological sciences, or an equivalent, is required.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in reputable firms.

Work Location: 6th of October
