Job Description
*Entering supplier invoices to the system (ORACLE)
*Review vendor transactions and assure all entries are recorded correctly based on required approval, POs, allocated cost centers and GL accounts.
*Preparing financial analyses and reports.
*Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
*Recording All taxes.
*monthly accrual & Prepaid entries
Support other accounting platforms (A/R, A/P, and Cash & Banks etc…)
Job Requirements
*Bachelor's degree in Accounting
*4 - 6 years of experience in GL, AP, AR, Tax Accounts
*Excellent knowledge of (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
*Very good proficiency in English (verbal and written)
*Experience in working on both Excel & ORACLE system is a MUST
