                              1- "Validation Specialists"

                              2- "Validation Unit Head"

Responsibilities for specialists:-

1- Participating in GMP Projects, Different Validation Working Parties.

 2- Checking and following up on the site validation review plans for (building, HVAC system, services, and equipment).

3- Ensuring (under direct supervision of validation unit head) that all validation activities and documentation are complying with the recommendations of guidelines as well as VMPs and product master file.

 4- Share in preparing the Validation Master Plans (VMP) , design qualification , installation Qualification & operation Qualification, Performance Qualification Protocols (PQPs) and Validation reports (VR) for different validation activities such as:

·   Process validation.

·   Cleaning validation.

·   Thermal Mapping. 

·   Media fill. 

·   Internal & External Calibration.

·   Internal & External Qualification.

Qualifications for specialists:-

  1- BSC in pharmacy or science

  2- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar position 

  3-Good background of ISO,GLP,GMP and GEP

  4- Good experience of Qualification and calibration.

Responsibilties for unit head:-

1-  Following up closing of change control incomplete implementation requirements concerning validation activities.

2-Handling of Document control of hard and soft document in validation department.

3-Follow up validation activities with validation senior & specialist. 

4-Providing insights and making value-added contributions towards the improvement of methodologies and processes.

5-Provides leadership, feedback, mentoring, and work oversight for a team of analysts

Qualifications for unit head:-

  1-BSC in pharmacy or science

  2-Minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar position 

  3-Good communications skills.

  4-High accuracy level to guarantee the reliability of results.

  5-Individual must be a dynamic and hard-working professional with     a background in quality assurance
