Job description
We are searching for a qualified, and reliable Producation Section Head with at least 7+ years experience to lead our Producation department at one of Juhayna's factory, achieve the production plan on time as per the Master production schedule while maintaining the product Quality up to the Quality standards and minimizing the material losses and maintain Production KPIs Targets.     


Allocates, follows up the daily Master Production Schedule across department and follow up the plan achievements.
Communication with the concerned departments in case if any deviation from the plan requirements.
Ensure the availability of all raw materials and packaging materials before the production start in order to avoid the production stop.
Coordinates with all other departments to ensure the smooth running of operations.
Arranging the supervisors and technician shifts.
To Ensure that all the staff are committed to the hygiene rules and to health & safety instructions.
Communicating and reporting all results to the managements and to present any analysis in case if the production didn’t meet the targets (machine efficiency, production volumes, time schedule and losses)
To make the annual evaluation for his team and to distribute the main objectives for the staff under his responsibility.
Ensure Adherence to GMP Standards in All Production Areas
Applying Continuous Improvement Methodologies as per Juhayna Manufacturing System Guideline, including but not limited to “5S, Wastes Reduction, Daily Review Meeting DRM, KPIs Follow-up, AM Activities Implementation.”

Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical or Agriculture Science preferably Food Processing Major.
7 + years relevant experience in maintenance including at least 5-7 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
Lead Green / Black Belt certification in a plus
FMCG background is a must.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and Supervisory skills.
Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
