We are Hiring a Production Manager with the following qualifications:3+ yrs in the role, 10-15 yrs in FMCG prod.
Food prod. experience essential.
Proficiency in SMED, 5S, Lean Six Sigma.
CAD software understanding.
Bachelor’s in Prod./Maintenance Eng. or relevant field.
Familiar with APQP, Lean Mfg, and P&L management.
GMP-GHP, Hygiene, OHS courses.
Green Belt Lean, 6-sigma certified.
Skills in Risk Mgmt, FSSC, SQMS, ISO22000-14001.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate production processes across shifts.
Oversee projects for time, cost, and quality.
Analyze process improvements and deviations.
Manage info exchange with interfaces.
Enforce hygiene, safety, and environmental standards.
Plan, assign, and ensure task quality and timeliness.
Monitor repair, maintenance, and modifications.
Collaborate on complaint handling.
Drive quality enhancement and efficiency.
Budget planning and compliance.
Implement SMED, 5S, Lean Six Sigma.
Improve OEE through productivity and waste reduction.
Optimize operational and org. structures.
Perform assigned duties within scope.
