Operation Engineer At Arma Group

Arma Group is hiring Operation Engineer in Sulphonation Plant as follows:-

-Job Requirements:-

1-Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or Science Chemistry department
2-Experience from 1 to 3 year in Sulphonation
3-V.Good in English

-Work location :-
10Th of Ramadan-Sharkia(Transportation provided)

-Duties :-

1- review the production plan, examine the plant and follow up the production process
2-Follow up labors activities and coaching them effectively and give them on-job training
3-Follow-up preventive maintenance and follow-up procedures and information systems
4-Apply Quality Management Systems
5-Prepare a production reports and line faults
6-optimize labors performance to increase productivity and reduce cost.
7- controlling the consumption of raw material to increase total yield of production.
8- Controlling all process parameter of manufacture (pressure, temperature, flow, density, PH) by controlling Scada.
