Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Conduct microbiological testing for raw materials, in-process, and finished products
▪️ Develop & validate microbiological testing methods
▪️ Perform environmental monitoring in production & lab areas
▪️ Investigate sterility failures, deviations, and microbiological complaints
▪️ Support continuous improvement initiatives in microbiological practices
Requirements:
▪️ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field
▪️ 0–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech microbiology
▪️ Strong lab skills & knowledge of GMP
▪️ Detail-oriented with high compliance mindset
▪️ Strong communication & teamwork skills
