Medical Sales Representative At Servier
To generate sales through building trusted advisor relationships with healthcare professionals in an assigned territory in ways that add value to their practices. The Medical Representative will increase product awareness, organize events, answer queries, provide advice and introduce new products.
Perform a sales analysis of all customers for segmentation purposes and identify potential opportunities.
Plan and implement sequential calling process to build strong customer relationships.
Communicate product information to healthcare professionals to generate sales through prescriptions and increased dispensing of products through pharmacies in line with agreed product strategies.
Develop and present business plans linked to the national plan.
Plan and co-ordinate appropriate CPD (continuous professional development) based meetings in alignment with company and product strategies
Identify and prepare speakers for CPD accredited events (round tables, medical working groups, RAGs (Regional Advisory Groups), audio-visuals (AVs) and other meetings), help & ensure all contractual obligations are met.
Continually enhance and update own knowledge of products and disease areas.
Provide ongoing feedback on sales strategies and information from the field to the District Manager.
Work with stakeholders across the business to participate in specific projects as required.
