Job Title: Medical Representative
Reporting to: District Manager
Line: Diabetes/Cardiovascular
Location/Residency:All Governorates

IN HER/HIS ROLE, SHE/HE WILL:

• Achieve sales target, sales growth and market share objectives for designated products on defined geographical territory via optimum sales and promotional
activities.
• Carry out efficient planning for sales activity on territory, including achieving
customer contact frequency and reach targets.
• Effectively plan use of expenditure budget to maximize Return on Investment.
• Persuade and influence customers to preferentially select PHARCO products.
• Daily updating call information and updated customer information into CRM Tool
• All activities are carried out in accordance with PHARCO corporate Codes of conduct.
• Use of approved promotional materials on territory consistent with current sales and marketing strategies.
• Timely feedback of market intelligence on customer and competitor activity to District Manager and the marketing team.

CANDIDATES' QUALIFICATIONS AND QUALITIES:

1. Bachelor's degree with medical Background (Pharmacy and/or Veterinary Medicine)
2. Minimum (1) year of sales experience in pharma field.
3.Working experience with Diabetes-cardiovascular medications will be a privilege.
4.Age: not more than 28 years old
5.Building rapport with high presentation & persuasion skills.
6.Professional usage of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
7.Effective internal & external communication skills.
8.Team player.
