Job Purpose:

• Focused on all channels of Expert (HCPs, Pharmacy, Institutions).
• Subject matter expert in assigned categories GSK competes, with deep knowledge of HCPs landscape & competition.
• Align with detailing Cycle plan & marketing strategy, in line with global/area guidelines to win expert recommendations.
• Works cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales and Medical.
• Accountable to deliver on Innovation, Performance and Trust objectives.
• Uses our values and expectations to drive actions and decisions.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
• Understands and abides by GSK policies and procedures, conducts Management Monitoring.
• Uses our values and expectations to drive actions and decisions.
• Assess clients’ needs and present suitable promoted products.
• Liaise with and detail to targeted HCPs /Pharmacists to prescribe/recommend our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis.
• Provide product information and deliver product message.
• Attend / Perform internal & External meetings (upon direct manager recommendation.), Conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits.
• Align with sales & marketing strategies to ensure delivery of a consistent marketing / brand message.
• Ensure adherence to standards of compliance & Governance on SOPs & ABAC.
• Keep trust relationships based on GSK attributes with clients.
• Responsible for territory analyses, Planning, Problem Solving, Executions, Competitor Feedback & Results.
• Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
• Pursue continuous self-learning and professional development.
• Report through Veeva daily field activities/visits to RDM & take directions from managers to improve performance.
• Complete adherence and alignment to GSK’s Samples & HCP/HCO SOPs .
• Complete all required online & classroom trainings as part of development process.
• Support team to improve IMS data for Wellness products.
• Accept individual projects to drive personal growth & company objective to play above competition.
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy with SFDA license.
