WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING
Ensure production compliance with all internal and customer bottle and packaging specifications.
Measurements and Testing
Start-up of production procedure responsible and to maintain the retention samples for start-up and end of production batches , record from all produced batches
Measures, records and reports dimensional, functional and visual attributes per internally specified requirements for developments and new Projects.
Maintains optimum performance and internal calibration checks on quality related equipment and schedules calibration of equipment requiring outside calibration.
Maintains measurement database integrity
Making of and Maintains TIG software and connecting devices and troubleshooting for all devices
Report directly for devices problems
Quality System
Ensures compliance with all ISO and customer/external audit requirements
Constantly follows all safety and hygiene rules
Supports during quality audits
Documentation
Maintenance of customer product specifications
Development and maintenance of all internal bottle and packaging specifications
Monthly reporting of quality data per documented corporate procedures in Emmis and Provide QKPI monthly data
Owner of Root Cause Analyses Process by involving relevant departments in developing appropriate corrective action response
Documents and reports all supplier quality related issues per documented procedures
Colour of bottles
Responsible for color matching at each start-up of bottle mold
Responsible for obtaining & maintaining customer approved color samples for each bottle
Ensures that a signed acceptable color sample which has been compared to approved customer sample is provided for production line at each start up by Quality Lab Technician
WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT
Bachelor degree or Similar in Quality Management.
3-5 years of quality management experience. with physical lab testing equipment, callipers, scales, digital height gauge and compression force testing equipment and with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
Computer literate (Excel, SPC data base, Word)
Excellent relationship building skills and communication skills in Arabic and English
Proven track of leading people and passion to develop employees
