We are currently looking for People & Culture Specialist
Main tasks:
The ability to treat all employees in a friendly and courteous manner the employees are our guests.
The ability to process confidential information without compromising the nature of the material or information.
The ability to answer telephone calls (keeping with Four Seasons Regent standards), offering information, verifying present/past employment & handling personal calls for employees.
The ability to greet applicants and employees and handle all questions in a friendly manner.
The ability to screen applicants, do reference checks, forward applications to Department Heads and Division Heads, mail form letters, process new hires, and complete new hire files.
The ability to process and route incoming and outgoing mail including all communication with Home Office.
The ability to check the office mail a minimum of twice daily.
The ability to process PSAs, including completing, distributing and filing. All PSAs should be delivered in a confidential envelope when routing.
The ability to trace all due dates for managers, including reviews, On-Line Program checklists, probations, expenses, etc.
The ability to generate and distribute all monthly reports including overdue performance reviews, birthday, new hire, and termination lists.
The ability to maintain the cleanliness of the office and order supplies when necessary including the operational condition of the camera.
The ability to handle employee comp room requests, educational reimbursement submittals, name tag orders, disbursement of medical and dental forms,
The ability to update and maintain the hotel's bulletin boards.
The ability to process transfer inter hotel and intra hotel applicants including copying of files.
The ability to track vacation, sick pay and comp night dates for each hotel employee.
The ability to process a terminated employee.
The ability to distribute any literature, forms, prizes, cards, etc. to employees when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Strong Command of English Language
