Finished Product Control Specialist
Summary:
Prepare & execute all related Raw Materials Lab activities including: chemical & physical & instrument tests, CAPAs, quality standards & specifications, instrument calibration & maintenance to ensure the implementation of company's quality related procedures and to meet company objective of producing highest quality product.
Job requirements:
1- Prepare & standardize chemical reagents, maintain related references & standards…etc. to effectively conduct chemical & physical analysis process on related products throughout its manufacturing process.
2- Check & document the consumption for Chemicals, glasses…etc. to maintain accurate lab inventories & order supplies as needed.
3- Identify & troubleshooting equipment & software problems.
4- Assist in equipment & instruments calibration & maintenance to ensure the accuracy of testing & results while complying with related specifications & SOPs.
5- Effectively execute CAPAs in a timely manner.
6- Provide periodical reports with appropriate analysis regarding department function updates, prepare presentations and develop surveys as per superior instruction and work needs to ensure effective & accurate updated records.
7- Prepare, maintain & develop policies and procedures concerning finished product control department aligned with company & corporate. Attend internal & external audits and perform retainable archiving for documents, applied forms and SOPs to guarantee effective, continuous improvement of department activities and compliance with performance standards.
8- Fulfill other related tasks as asked by management and as arising from the business.
Qualifications:
B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy, Science or Chemical Engineering.
