Job Description / Capsule:
Provides support across a breadth of supply functions, for example logistics, supply account management etc.. within a single country.
Typical Accountabilities:
Manage the process of issuance of the Importation Licenses of imported products .
Manage the process of completing the Custom Release Logistics and providing the approval documents to the shipping company for custom release.
Manage the whole release process of shipments according to MOH regulations.
Prepare for MOH inspection visits and attend it with MOH inspectors.
Submit NODCAR/NORCB samples with continuous follow up until final release of sampled batches from EDA .Fulfilling requests for NODCAR/NORCB analysis requirements .
Ensuring stores have enough stock and monitoring stock levels on weekly basis.
Overseeing the ordering and packaging process through shipping mails with supplying sites.
Review all shipping documents received from supplying site prior to Greenlight.
Overseeing arrival of shipments and tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination in a way that is efficient and sustainable. Ensuring registered shelf life and good storage conditions of products are maintained throughout supply, using systems for cold chain products and shelf life tracking .
Periodic checks are done to audit good services at the distributor regarding good storage & handling practices.
Downloading Temperature monitors coming with shipments and assessment of their reports as per the approved and registered storage conditions of products.
Raising complains for any temperature excursion triggered alarms of imported products shipments or any bad handling cases .
Cooperating internally within supply chain departments, Finance, Sales, Inventory and Quality as well as global supply chain departments to secure timely and qualitative Supply Chain process flow.
Maintain high standards of performance under pressure.
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Bachelor of Pharmacy.
Minimum 2 years of experience .
Very good in Microsoft Office & knowledge of SAP program .
Fluency in English
