Review credit approval memos prepared by the Credit Analyst, comprising either renewals of existing facilities or new credit requests.

Review of the financial model and its assumptions, cross check information provided by client with information obtained via research/market sources, review SWOT analysis to ensure that key risks are identified and addressed.

Provide critical input on structuring of facility, support package, conditions precedent to financial close and first draw-down, covenants, representations and warranties, shareholder recourse amounts and nature of recourse to protect EGBank’s asset base and ensure repayment of extended facilities.

Review of credit application including purpose of the facilities offered, appraisal of customer's management, financial statements analysis (Balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement spread form), risks and mitigants, clients banking relationship as well as history of the client & business such as number of years in the business, line of business, competitors customers, etc.

Review contractual agreements/support documentation with internal legal department, external lawyers, outside consultants (insurance/engineers).

Review daily, monthly, weekly reports comprising but not limited to CBE reports, Pipeline Report, expected bookings and Payoffs report,.. .etc

Arrange in collaboration with the Credit Analyst visits to the company's premisis to practically asses the company's operations cycles, assets, production process, inventory storage procedures to be able to ensure proper assessment of the presented cases.

Conduct regular calls to keep abreast with latest developments on a regular basis, have an indepth understanding of the customer's financial needs and propose facilities and services addressing these needs.

Monitor all accounts on a daily basis through issued customer's position/balances.

Work in collaboration with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and that the customer requests are responded to in a timely manner including finalization of credit packages.

Follow up on the past due report to ensure rectification of situation as a signal of the account performance to detect non performing accounts.

Implement the bank's marketing growth plans by providing priority and dedication to new accounts and expansion relationships. Also participate in planning for the growth of the industry by assisting in identifying the marketing list. The latter should be quarterly revisited.

Deliver with the support of the Senior RM / Team Leader a schedule reflecting AFL review process and abide to it and assist in setting relationship strategies for the accounts portfolio. In case of obstacles, a monthly report is submitted reflecting the causes and requesting the change.

Report immediately to his/her Senior RM/Team Leader any unresolved issues with the borrower that could negatively affect the relationship.

Provide guidance and mentoring to the credit analyst(s) to perform their objectives.

Perform any other related duties as assigned


MINIMUM REOUIREMENTS (EDUCATION-EXPERIENCE-SKILLS):

University Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Banking or equivalent.

Completion of credit course or similar credit training programs

3-5 years' experience in relevant work.

Excellent PC skills

Good command of both English & Arabic language.

Excellent writing skills in English

Advanced analytical skills

Strong negotiation and leadership skills

Excellent communication skills and analytical skills

Self-motivated, team player, excellent soft skills, quantitative and qualitative analysis and decision-making skills, etc.
