Butchery and Central kitchen QA Lead
6 to 8 years of experience in a relevant field
Bachelor degree of Veterinary or food science is a must
Strong English language skills written and verbal, experienced user of MS office like excel and PowerPoint
Previous experience with chicken, meat industry in processing and storage environment is key
Knowledge of food safety, industry regular requirements, International specs, benchmark
Hands on role with active mechanical approach
Positive thinker , good in building networks with problem solving mindset and can do attitude
Previous experience with implementation of food safety systems including but not limited to PRP, HACCP, ISO is a must
Natural leader of change and coach for development, trainer on the food safety standards.i;e outspoken and bold
The successful candidate will be a key part of transformation journey to a world class level, so it requires hard-work, high sense of leadership driven by results
