Project Coordinator At GSEC -Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - 0-2 years of Experience
Responsible for Following-up on Projects & Implementation of Internal Policies & Procedures.
Responsible for helping the project managers in managing some tasks of the assigned projects effectively, as follow up the status of the engineering schedules with both the company technical office side and the projects site team side as well, follow up issuing the PO’s with the procurement, coordinate with the others contractors the work on site , etc….
Help PM in any project related tasks and act on behalf of PM as requested in projects.
Attend Meetings held between Project Managers and HPM, register requirements and follow-up with PMs until pending tasks are completed.
Make daily report to PM with pending Issues in the Project
Participate in meetings which held between PMs & teams, writes MOM to be submitted to HPM.
Participate in for the preparations of Monthly Business Report Meeting to review Business Plan updates with management.
Register on MS Project all plans with achieved tasks and register delays.
Send due tasks to resources and follow up with them daily to update plan.
Make filling to all necessary project documents (correspondences in/out, purchasing orders, petty cash, attendance reports...)
Schedules meetings and arranges appointments in internal meetings.
Performs other related duties as required.
Follow-up Internal Policies & Procedures such as Web Time Sheet (WTS), (CRM) & ERP systems and fix any problems appear with its owners.
Good communication & negotiation skills
Very good command of English
Very good computer skills, i.e.; primavera and/or Microsoft project
• Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Visual Source Safe (VSS) and MS Project.
• Experience in Water & Wastewater projects is a plus
• Bachelor of Engineering with a Specialization in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
