Are you a recent graduate passionate about Human Resources (HR) and eager to gain comprehensive knowledge in all areas of HR functions? Join our dynamic team at Dakahlia Group and embark on an exciting journey through our Graduate Program in the HR Department.
Program Overview:
As a participant in our Graduate Program, you will be working as a full-time employee and get exposed to various aspects of HR functions, providing you with a well-rounded understanding of the field. Over the course of the program, you will rotate through different departments within the HR function, gaining hands-on experience and building a solid foundation in HR practices.

Qualifications:

- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, with a desire to gain exposure to all HR functions.
- Solid understanding of HR principles and practices, acquired through coursework, internships, or relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret data.
- Proactive and self-motivated, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
