Mechanical Design Engineer At Electric house
Electric House Co. is hiring Mechanical design Engineer
Location :- Egypt-El Mohandseen
§ Oversee the Design, fabrication assembly and optimization of new products or items.
§ Collaborate through technical support with fabrication, production teams, and supply chain management either for local or licensed products.
§ Localization of new licensed brand product, through managing documentation, preparing of fabrication drawings and assembly drawing if needed, collaborate with supply chain management to obtain either local consumables or mandatory core parts.
§ Prepare and maintain complex -interchangeable items- products’ databases, for ease of managing and analyzing the fabrication, the assembly and the cost.
§ Designing, creating, testing, and validating of sheet metal parts, copper busbar, enclosures , jigs, prototypes, and assemblies, in accordance with the applicable standards, using 3D modeling software (AutoDesk Inventor or SolidWorks).
§ Simulating the new designs' performance by Autodesk Inventor software including stress, frame, and modal analysis followed by real-life testing.
§ Generating all manufacturing drawings, documentations, BOMs, BOQs, and assembly drawings so as to provide them to planning, production, supply chain, and quality departments.
§ Recording and documenting all the mechanical data related to the design procedures through a self-created database (MS Access), followed by a professional data analysis using SAP Crystal Reports software.
§ Maintaining design resources and libraries like CAD servers, standards (DIN, ISO, ASME, ANSI, ...etc.), insuring to keep them up to date with relevant international standards.
