Job Description
-Coordinating manpower planning process and maintain manpower records.
-Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate channels
-Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media
-Screening candidates resumes and job applications
-Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
-Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, & experience
-Ensuring all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
-Onboarding of new employees
-Provide analytical & well documented recruiting reports
-Developing and updating job descriptions & job specifications
-Performing task analysis to document job requirements & objectives

Job Requirements:
BSc Management & Sciences or relevant degree
Interviewing skills
Negotiations skills
Effective written communications skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals.
Effective public relations and public speaking skills
Excel skills is must
English Language Proficiency is a must

Job Description:

1.     Provide transactional HR support across all processes and across all business units & Lines within the Company.
2.     To enforce the HR strategy, goals and objectives in line with the overall Company strategy and monitoring the adherence to human resources policies and procedures by all employees.
3.     Implementing an efficient recruitment cycle and ensuring
that the hiring needs of the organization are effectively met.
4.     Acting as the focal point for all recruitment related
activities in the Company including defining proper talent acquisition
strategies while Overseeing all necessary placement activities for selected
employees including employee on-boarding activities.
5.     Coordinating the employee performance appraisal cycle.
6.     Managing payroll related information and ensure regular
updates of this information in a manner that facilitates accurate and timely
preparation of monthly payroll.
7.     Managing Personnel transactions and preparation of
relevant needed documents.
8.     Coordinating the OD initiatives within the company.
9.     Coordinating the employee engagement initiatives with
the Company.

Job Requirements:
·      Minimum experience of 2-3 Years in similar role.
·      Previous Experience in Pharma industry is a plus.
·      Cairo resident only.
·      HR Diploma is a plus
·      University Bachelor's degree.
·      Excellent command of the English language
·      Good Computer Skills with Microsoft office.
