Job Purpose
To Support in leading the engineering statutory and compliance activities for site and own the site engineering standards, specifications, and audit-able compliance framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the engineering compliance lead in managing the department L1 audit and management monitoring programs (EHS & Quality), as well as participation in L2 / L3 and L4 audits.
Coordinate with the relevant departments to implement CAPA plans, and management of Adverse Event (AE) and investigation processes.
Ensure the site Preventative Maintenance and Calibration Programs are aligned and compliant with the GSK Quality Management System (QMS).
Act as the QMS owner across all engineering operations.
Support in GES compliance process on site ensuring all assessments and actions are tracked to completion.
Coordination of the Engineering Training Program, working with the respective team and engineering managers to ensure training compliance across all engineering operations.
Coordination of contractors evaluation, selection and management.
Ensure that projects comply with all applicable standards including regulatory and Global Engineering Standards.
Control of contractors & supervision on the running capital projects to ensure compliance to safe system of works & quality standards.
Contribute in the site continuous improvement initiatives applying GPS approaches and incorporating new methods and processes to improve existing operations.
Knowledge/ Education / Previous Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) ,
2-3 year of experience in engineering operations.
Demonstrated project management expertise.
Good understanding of ISO standards, GMP requirements and international engineering standards.
Practical understanding of operational quality, EHS, and regulatory compliance
Proven ability to influence, make decisions with direct business impact.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience with MS Project, MS Office, and AutoCAD is required.
Excellent command of English Language, both written and spoken.
