1-Treasury and expenses accountant At Al Watania Poultry
We are looking for a talented
Al Watania Poultry is Hiring The Following Positions:
** Treasury and expenses accountant:
(1) Preparing, recording and posting the financial statements of the headquarters treasury and the slaughterhouse treasury on the (AX) program to monitor and review the exchange and receipt movement.
(2) Preparing cash exchange vouchers after reviewing them and following up their review and approval by the Chief Financial Officer and handing them over to the Treasurer to disburse from the treasury all that is due for disbursement (such as wages - covenant - petty cash).
(3) Review all covenants (central treasury - purchases - marketing - sales - administrative affairs - human resources - public relations - car maintenance - car licenses) and register them on the program and hand them over to the bank's accountant to extract their checks and prepare quarterly approvals.
(4) Matching the book balance with the actual balance of the treasury on a weekly basis (the main centre treasury - the sub-treasury in the slaughterhouse).
(5) Follow up the accounts of the advances of the central administration and the slaughterhouse - daily - and prepare their quarterly approvals to ensure the balance of the advances accounts at the end of each quarter and what is due to the company from the advances account.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Review vendor’s invoices & receiving documents for RM & PM before submitting to HO for processing.
2. Controlling plant expenses and make sure proper approvals are in place.
3. Settling daily plant expenses and submitting custody settlement sheet to HO for reimbursement.
4. Controlling scrap selling process and making sure that it’s with the agreed upon policy.
5. Keep track of plant service provider’s contract’s expiry dates and ensure that it’s renewed on time.
6. Conduct monthly inventory count.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of Experience, Preferably in FMCGs
- BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant study
- MS Office is a must
- Proficiency in English
