Job Title: Center of Expertise - HR Coordinator

Scope:
Assisting the CoE HR Director across the 15 countries.
Key Accountabilities:
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources CoE Director.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
Qualification & Education:
Good Command of English Language, written and spoken.
Knowledge of Microsoft (PPT, Word and Excel)
Strong communications skills.
Bachelor's Degree
