Site Name: Egypt - Giza - Giza
Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide technical support in an EHS and quality compliant manner for all aspects of Automation/instrumentation across the Giza site. This requires involvement in planned work such a regular calibration as well as supporting breakdowns situations.
Key Responsibilities
Completion of planed Calibrations and Qualification Plan on schedule.
Immediately response to any unplanned adverse event such as breakdowns.
Repair of instruments damaged during production operations ensuring minimum cost to site.
Management of any contractor’s onsite ensuring all permit and method statement requirement are full filled.
Support of project teams in deliver of new and upgraded equipment.
Support of technical team in delivery of new product introductions and ongoing investigations.
Ensure near misses are reported and escalated as appropriate
Ensure all contractors onsite are managed through relevant permit systems.
Ensure all instrumentation systems are maintained in a safe manner.
Ensure all activities undertaken are risk assessed prior to starting and managed appropriately.
Ensure all quality issues are reported and escalated appropriately.
Ensure all contractors onsite are managed through relevant permit systems.
Ensure all instrumentation systems are maintained in a GMP compliant manner.
Ensure all documentation is completed on schedule in a GMP compliant manner
Qualifications:
Strong computer Skills (Typing , Ms excel, Ms word)
Language skills (Good reading and writing of English)
Communication skills (able to effectively communicate with people with different diversities), excellent interpersonal and communication skills required; professionalism essential.
Organizing skills (able to hand Various tasks at the same time and with optimum efficiency)
Knowledge and capability to perform daily work activities with computer programs.
Must be physically able to perform basic maintenance tasks to the highest caliber, which includes ability to lift objects weighting up to 20 Kg.
Education:
Minimum 2 year in regulated industries preferable pharmaceutical industry
