Position: Office Admin
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
* 0-5 years of administration experience

We are looking for new colleague;
Position: CEO Personal Assistant
Requirements:
• Organize events and conferences.
• Compile and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Review incoming internal and external messages, emails and determine their importance.
• Schedule appointments, maintain an events calendar, and send reminders, and prepare all kinds of correspondences
• Maintain procedures/administrative systems liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
• Responsible for preparing chairman day to day  agenda.
• Organize meetings and appointments.

Competencies & skills:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent English language (Oral & written)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT., etc.)
• 5+ years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
• High communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Exceptional time management skills
• High attention to details
