Job Purpose
GSK Egypt is currently recruiting a Virtual Medical Representative to achieve agreed detailing, productivity and virtual visits within given territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve customer call metrics through virtual platforms and digital communication.
Achieve monthly goals and keep/maintain records of the progress.
Effectively communicate detailing messages through phone or other digital channels.
Utilize Customer Focused Interaction Selling model to identify and deliver offers that meet agreed customer specific and segment-based needs using RACE Technique.
Develop, implement and ongoing review of territory business plans based on the customer insight.
Understand, embrace and utilize digital marketing to enhance the customer experience. Attend and actively participate in monthly business review meetings, including national business meetings.
Build & maintain a high level of expertise in relevant disease state & product knowledge areas.
Working in compliance with the code of conduct and relevant company policies and procedures.
Maintaining discretion with company-confidential information.
Office based job in boomerang office, and compensation will be as per office-based packages.
Education / Experience Required:
University degree Veterinary, Pharmaceutical Science or Medicine.
Experience (0 to 3 Years).
Fluent in Arabic/English Languages.
