Build new relationships and maintain existing one with HCPs
Work in a fast paced, target focused environment.
Manage a portfolio of HCPs, ensuring targets are met and, whenever possible, exceeded.
Provide high quality customer experience.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Bachelor's degree in a pharmaceutical sciences or its equivalent
0 -2 years of experience in a call center environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent data entry and typing skills (Excel)
Excellent persuasion and negotiations skills
