In 2 years Swvl started operating in 6 cities across 3 countries; Cairo & Alexandria in Egypt, Nairobi in Kenya, and Lahore, Karachi & Islamabad in Pakistan.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Support Engineer to join our technical support team. You’ll be proactively testing for and eliminating issues in our systems, identifying root causes behind reported issues, and resolving customer facing issues.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Debugging reported issues in our systems
Building tools to identify and eliminate customer facing issues
Assist in root cause failure analysis
Communicate (in writing and verbally) with Users, Product Managers & Software Engineers to solve problems.
BS in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
Excellent communication skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
Plus Qualifications that’d be nice to have:
Understanding of REST and Web services.
Experience working with containers and container orchestration
Experience in Selenium
Experience in using chrome web development tools, postman and/or equivale
