Role purpose:
Individual will be responsible for the data shared by UK Mobile Network team to take the required actions as per the details shared in the Wave file.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Need to work upon data shared by UK Mobile Network team for PO cancellation and closures
• Actions are to be prioritized as the requirement of the stakeholder
• To act on the data as per the specifications given in the data
• Need to connect with different teams within SCM & Finance to complete the action
• Also ensure to share the summary of the action completed on weekly basis with the UK Mobile network stakeholders
• Follow the format of the data and do the required reconciliation to share the progress
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
• Strong stakeholder Management skills
• Analytics & presentation skills
• SAP MM module knowledge
• Good understanding of Supply Chain processes (supplier management, procure to pay)
• Experience working with virtual teams (Shared services and other group functions)
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Good excel knowledge
• Well-developed written and verbal skills (proficient in written business English)
