Relationship Manager - VIP At Banque Misr
Work Areas (Governorates):
Cairo, Alexandria, Suez, Menoufia, Gharbia, Daqahlia, Mansoura, Menia, Damietta.
Manage and build a strong relationship with existing and targeted VIP clients.
Achieve sales targets for BM products matching VIP Clients’ needs.
Provide the best level of sales services and support to the segment of VIP customers by identifying & meeting their banking needs in order to provide the customers with the best quality service.
Visit and communicate with VIP clients on a regular basis, along with increasing sales from the existing client portfolio and new clients.
Attract new VIP customers.
Work on the customer's permanent satisfaction through providing alternative solutions.
Deliver financial and non-financial services that meet the needs of VIP customers.
Communicate with all support departments to provide the best service to the VIP customers segment and inform the central administration in case of any problem
Follow up with the senior customer service officer on a daily basis to ensure that all banking transactions comply with high-quality standards and speed.

Other Educational entities [Sadat Academy, Canadian International Collge, Arab Academy For Science, Technology & Maritime Trasport]
Bachelor's degree with Grade “Good” At least.
Banking Experience from 4-7 years.
Preferable to have experience in Sales & Marketing of Banking Products.
Very Good to Excellent in English Language (Spoken & Written)
Very good to Excellent Communication skills.
