Description:

Provide hatchery support and services to Hatcheries in Egypt Saudi, Libya and the Sudan

Able to manage hatchery devices and perform regular value-added Hatchery audit, solving any issue related to hatchery business, very high level of communications is required with both Arabic and English and effective Hatchery networking creation.

This position will be reporting to Saudi GM and Egypt PBUD

Responsibilities

Responsible for performing effective Hatchery business support through tasks for selected stakeholders in particular: Hatchery services and consultancy including hatchery devices management and installations

Responsible for screening hatcheries, segmenting allocation our Company hatchery services allocation
Responsible for performing effective hatchery audits and solving any problems related to hatchery business
Facilitate the process for the key stakeholder throughout updating hatcheries data and monitoring changes in their needs and amending the services according to customer needs
Make the needed analysis on updated hatchery data and advise on relevant solutions and optimization Hatchery business resources.
Branding hatchery services packages in each Country.
Managing and implanting vaccine application procedures SOP’S that meeting and exceeding our company stander
Continual training of hatchery staffs for hatchery vaccines handing and applications.
Moving and visiting selected key accounts on the above-mentioned areas.
Selecting and evaluating relevant Hatchery devices and managing the process of delivery, Installation and periodical maintenance based on ROI formula.
Liaise with the Poultry Business Unit Director and country leads to achieve the hatchery business plans
Requirements:

Veterinary or agriculture Engineers has minimum 3 Year hatchery experience on performing Hatchery audit, Vaccine handling, storages, and application Monitoring
Has updated hatchery vaccine technologies and Hatchery branding.
Has very strong knowledge on bases of devices and able to Adjust, install and Maintain the hatchery devices
Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Able to move freely between the Egypt, Saudi, Sudan, and Libya.
Able for determine and develop training needs for hatchery staff
Proficient English in both writing and speaking.
Excellent communication skills spoken and written in (languages)
Highly proactive and self-motivated individual with ability to adapt to changing environment
Strong interpersonal skills and able to work in cross functional team
Ethics and integrity, awareness of compliance requirements and maintaining confidentiality as normal way of working.
Ability to work successfully with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and to manage high workload under pressure
