Provide technical guidance and follow-up for all QFS aspects of the company.
Ensure Mass Food maintain compliance with QFS legislation and Kellogg standards and best practice.
HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
-Follow up SOCs (Standard Operaton condition) tor each Production Line.
- Address any OOS ( Out of Standard), apply the proper immediate Action for B and C defect then initate CAPA ( Corrective Action and Preventive Action).
-Follow up QAR ( Quality Action Review).
-Review and investigate Consumer Complaint
-Revicw HACCP( Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) plan and Risk Assessment
-Contribute to achieve KWS (Kellogg work system) programs , objectives and actions (EHS & QFS)
-Other duties assigned by manager
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
-Familiar with GMP ( Good Manufacturing Practices),GWP(Good Warehouse Practices)
-Familiar with HACCP( Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point and Risk Assessment
-Familiar with CAPA Corrective action and Preventive Action and Quality Tools
-Bachelor Degree in Food Science
-Significant, relevant experience within the food industry as a Food Technologist/Scientist, preferably in Biscuit's products Understanding consumer insights, raw materials, equipment, and processes.
-Experience from 0-2 years
-Strong influencer and communicator
- Good collaboration skills (external parties, departments, lead team, safety committee)
