As the Quality Control Analyst, you will perform lab test for raw and materials based on the specification and inspection plan developed for each individual product. You will also be responsible for nspection of the products are to be conducted in a manner consistent with the guidelines and specifications of each customer with regards to safety, quality, and legality.
Job Requirements
Maintains sampling protocol of Raw materials and intermediates and final products for testing sensory and analytical and microbiological based on inspection plan.
Maintains Records of analysis and informing the authors with any non conformance or out of control events to take an action.
Evaluates data and reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.
Sets up and performs destructive and non-destructive analysis on materials and parts or products to measure performance or material characteristics.
Prepare graphs or charts of data or enters data into computer for analysis.
Main responsibility to evaluate the Microbiological analysis.
Buck up to the sensory and analytical inspections.
Maintains intermediate check procedure (internal calibration) for QC devices.
Participation in GMPs audit and internal audit.
Bachelor of Science or Agriculture Engineering or Equivalent
* 2 years related experience /Fresh
* Computer knowledge/English
