Production Engineer - Cosmetics At mamiba cosmetics
Job Description:
• Monitoring production lines and workers to make sure they are running according to the set quality standards and required speed
• Calculating the OEE for each line on a daily basis to assess the lines’ efficiency
• Making daily/weekly/monthly reports to the production manager about the lines’ performance levels and give recommendations for improvement
• Recording all machine downtimes and find the root cause
• Monitoring the hygiene, safety, and GMP standards in the production area.
• Supervising the delivery of finished products to the warehouse and receival of components
Job Requirements:
• BSC Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Production) OR Industrial Engineering OR Chemical Engineer OR Science OR Pharmacy
• Previous Experience in Cosmetics/Pharmaceutical/Food factory
• 2 To 4 Years of Experiences
• English: Very Good
• Continuous improvement mentality
• Knowledge of GMP
• Knowledge of TPS, Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma
• Excellent at using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Work location: October
