Job Description

Establish, implement and improve procedures for maintaining high standards of quality, GMP, hygiene and food safety.
Evaluate and develop improved techniques methods for process/product inspection, testing and evaluation. Participate in implementation as required.
Drive continuous quality improvement through problem solving with cross-functional teams using Statistical Process Control and Lean Manufacturing tools, such as Process Flow mapping, 5s, and Six Sigma.
Monitor and audit production department’s conformance with local/corporate Quality Assurance/Food Safety standards, system and procedures. Direct involved within external audits of customer, AIB, FSSC22000, etc.
Within respective production area, address all quality non-conformances, including root cause analysis and provide corrective/preventive actions. Using and supporting advance reporting systems as SAP-Notification system for this...
Secure and maintain procedures for disposition of non-conforming materials.
Involvement with new product and new process introductions. Maintaining close relationship for this with process and project engineers.
Develop and train local plant teams to efficiently and effectively use quality systems and quality engineering tools.
Create and implement a Cost of Quality measurement and improvement system.
Job Requirements
Required Experience
Technical degree and experience in Flavor/Food/ industry
Experience in a variety of disciplines including quality, manufacturing and cross functional teams. Good training, communication and negotiations skills Certified (lead) auditor.
Bachelor's Degree in Science Related Field (chemistry, biology, food science etc.)
