Job Description
Role Summary:
Al Doha Group has a new opportunity for Process Control Engineer to optimize processes, implement quality control systems in the manufacturing industry. And designs, tests, and oversees the implementation of new processes.
Essential Responsibilities:
Analyzing Processes:
Process control engineers analyze how processes affect the overall production and final product, and find ways that these systems can be improved and developed to be more effective.
Identifying areas that need process control optimization.
Implementing Improvements:
Evaluating the efficiency of manufacturing technologies, instruments, equipment, and tools.
Implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and costs of processes. They create and implement new strategies to improve productivity for the company, as well as support start-up activities.
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Documenting processes and preparing progress reports.
Project Planning
Project planning is an important part of a process control engineer’s job. This involves leading project management of upgrades throughout the plant and working with colleagues to find the best solution to projects.
Driving process control innovation in collaboration with senior managers.
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or in an industry-related field of specialization.
Minimum 2 years experience in process control engineering in a related manufacturing industry.
Lean Manufacturing thinking & Six Sigma methodology.
Proficiency in project management and Statistical Process Control (SPC) software.
Desired Characteristics:
Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
Superb analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Extensive industry-specific process control knowledge.
