Job Description:
-Maintain accurate record of inventory and stock management systems according to set standards
-Monitor, maintain, and set minimum stock levels
-Reviews data to ensure accuracy of products data input and priorities projects in order of importance
-Updates spreadsheets and populating reports for regular review by upper management and senior leadership
-Ability to retrieve information held on backend system to generate reports
-Establish and maintain good working relationships with shipping service providers.
-Interacts with clients as well as team members from other departments regarding data input
-Maintain accurate records of products and information to our system.
-Transfer data from different backend systems.
-Type in data provided directly from customers.
-Update existing product information, quantity, price, etc.
Job requirements:
- BA degree.
- V. Good Command of English (writing and speaking)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience: 0-1 Year. Fresh grad are welcomed to apply
