Support the recruitment life cycle ensuring a great candidate experience
Place and update all job postings in various Medias
Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
Evaluate applications and screen candidates, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
Coordinate and build trust with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Give a great candidate experience across all touch points
What we look for:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant study
0-1 years of relevant experience in recruitment
Fluency in English is a must
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates
