Key accountabilities (Role Description):


•    Preparation and financial analyses of Local Market wise reports.

•    Reviews, analyses and participates in ongoing and month end closing activities for all Local Market  which includes Review and approval of the Intercompany balance sheet reconciliation, journal entries, 

•    Prepares forecasts and reports for senior management and recommends processes efficiencies.

•    Interacts directly with the Accounting team, Local Market Accounting and Operational teams. Support the Local Market and OCM Team to ensure accuracy of Posting in ICO GL in SAP.

•    Utilize systems and software (SAP) to prepare and analyze financial and business-related information, including developing and maintaining report files (intercompany, account/schedule review and reconciliation) and ensure integrity of all financial data

•    Assist management of key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

•    Assist  Managers with financial research and month end closing processes, as needed

•    Lead accounting special projects, as assigned. Offer continuous improvement ideas to improve the Intercompany process.

•    Assist in the planning, execution and reporting of special projects .

•    Enforce process controls are kept. 

•    Work to agreed service level agreements (SLAs) defined for the team. 

•    Work to agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the team to meet the performance standards of the SLAs

•    Support other the team members in resolving complex issues. 

•     Attending calls to coordinate with LM for the issues or KPI / performance discussion ( Weekly & Monthly call with LM ) .

•    Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

•    Address breaches in the Intercompany Policy and enforce adherence to the Policy .

•    Team management, Performance review and feedback sharing with team members.

•    Handling team and managing Behavioural issues.


Desired Profile:

•    CA (Inter /Final)/ MBA  with  accounting experience

•    Ability to analyze and interpret financial data to identify problems, apply theories, concepts, and develop plans to attain solutions

•    Ability to exercise independent judgement

•    Working knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and concepts

•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

•    Automotive Accounting experience preferred, but not required
