Industrial Safety Specialist at Kempinski Hotel Soma Bay
Industrial Safety Specialist collect data on and analyze many types of work environments and work procedures. Specialists inspect workplaces for adherence to regulations on safety, health, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, test, and evaluate workplace environments, equipment, and practices to ensure that they follow safety standards and government regulations.
Make sure that all property is safe from any fire that may be happened for many reasons.
Make a daily chick for all fire pumps, fire extinguishers, water fire tapes, tubes, firefighting equipment, and fire alarm systems.
Prepare written reports on their findings.
Design and implement workplace processes and procedures that help protect employees from hazardous work conditions
Evaluate programs on workplace health and safety.
Educate managers and employees about workplace safety by preparing and providing training programs.
Demonstrate the correct use of safety equipment.
Investigate incidents and accidents to identify what caused them and how they might be prevented.
Make sure that the property protection standards are up to standards of governmental rules of fire regulations & fire safety.
Assist the property to finalize and receive the property licenses.
Desired Skills and qualifications
Egyptian Nationality.
A minimum of two years of experience as an industrial safety specialist within the luxury hospitality industry.
Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment, including excellent oral and written language skills in Arabic and good oral and written language skills in English; Any Additional languages are a plus.
Knowledge of CCTV security systems.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Full Knowledge of fire systems and equipment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to operate computer and office equipment.
Tolerant and open-minded.
